Shipping Policy
Thank you for visiting and shopping at Hengchu Store. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

1. Shipment Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We provide worldwide shipping for our electronic replacement parts.

Note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to customs processing or logistics peak seasons.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. You can track your package (e.g., touchscreens, LCD panels) directly through our website or the carrier's portal.

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Hengchu Store is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). For our bulk electronics repair components, please check your local customs policy before ordering.

5. Damages and Fragile Items
We specialize in fragile electronics (Touchscreen Digitizers, LCDs). All items are packed with professional-grade protective materials (bubble wrap and hard boxes).

If you receive your order damaged, please contact us immediately at info@hengchustore.com.

Requirement: Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods. Taking an unboxing video is highly recommended as evidence for filing a claim with the carrier.

6. International Shipping Policy
We ship to most countries worldwide. If your location is not supported at checkout, please contact us for a manual shipping quote.
